At LTD Commodities, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, excluding shipping and handling fees.

Locate Your Pack Slip

Find the original pack slip included with your shipment and fill out the return/exchange form located on the back of the document.

Package the Item

Carefully repackage the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all parts and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

Apply the Shipping Label

Affix the pre-addressed return label from your pack slip to the outside of the box or use your own preferred carrier to ship the package to our warehouse.

Receive Your Refund

Once our facility receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your requested exchange items within 7-10 business days.
